Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM)

Green Energy Partners can provide BREEAM certification for new build and refurbished buildings. BREEAM is the most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings, both in the UK and internationally. It assesses a building’s environmental performance, with regards to:

This leads to a BREEAM rating: Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent or Outstanding.

BREEAM certification provides market recognition of low environmental impact buildings. It allows the overall standard of a building’s sustainable design to be rated with the benefits of encouraging lower carbon emissions, reduced running costs and improved working and living environments.
