Measured Building Surveys

Green Energy Partners provides building surveys which can include varying levels of detail - from wall, column, door and window surveys, to a fully detailed survey including area calculation, sill and soffit heights, stair riser, door heights and ceiling heights.

Surveys can be carried out at the same time as Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or other data are collected and can be used to confirm the accuracy of existing plans or to create new plans, including elevations, if required.

Additional information about the building, such as data points, electrical points, plumbed fittings, lighting positions, pipe and duct runs, fire prevention equipment and types of security or other fixed building assets, can also be documented in the survey. Building plans can include proposed alterations as well as recommendations arising from energy and condition assessment audits.

The service covers public, commercial and domestic properties ranging in size from less than 50m2 to over 10,000m2. Our team of surveyors utilises the latest CAD tools to capture and deliver accurate building plans. We have experience in creating building plans using a selection of surveying and drafting tools and software.

Available Formats
Plans are created in line with RICS and CI/SFB standards and can be supplied in electronic format (dwg, dxf, pdf) or scaled hard copies. Plans are also supplied with a full set of digital images and a fixed asset register, as required.
