Building Inspection & Certification

Green Energy Partners have a highly qualified and experienced team of building surveyors, accredited energy performance assessors and building service engineers, providing a wide range of building assessments and certifications.

Our building inspection services include:

• Energy Performance Certificates – we issue EPC certificates and we can also help you improve the asset rating of your building.
• Building Condition and Asset Surveys – we can assess your building’s condition, assets and carbon emission performance and compile this information into a ‘building log book’.
• Measured Building Surveys – we can create accurate building plans with varying levels of detail - e.g. area calculations, elevation and fixed building assets.
• Air Conditioning Inspections – we are fully accredited to undertake your air conditioning system inspection.

We offer a unique service whereby we combine asset registers, condition assessments and user guides as part of an integrated asset management approach. This also includes a carbon emission performance profile related to the condition and performance of building fabrics and services.

Our Energy and Air Condition Inspection service not only provides certification, but also offers a detailed assessment of improvement measures which can be tailored to meet client requirements. Such measures include quantification of carbon emission performance when evaluating various improvement measures.

We also provide stand alone or integrated measured building surveys which meet recognised building survey standard requirements.
